WE KNOW THAT THE ARTS & MUSIC HAS THE POWER TO BOOST PHYSICAL HEALTH, HOLSITIC WELLNESS, & REINFORCE A POSITIVE RESILIENT WINNER MINDSET! EXPRESSING ONESELF AUTHENTICALLY IS THE KEY.
That is why we here at Flourish started this program! The aim was to bring fun creative arts improv-like (freedom promoting) expression classes to the local community on Maui and beyond. We see how the arts can nurture, transform and heal. It can take care of individuals holistically in a very unique and potent way. By unleashing or recovering of the passion to create that is inside you, it encourages and promotes consistent happiness, fulfillment, vitality, a new found zest for living, and a desire to maintain constructive joyful creative daily habits!
For this unleashing or rejuvenation process to happen we ensure to provide a safe place to children, young adults, adults and senior citizens where they feel they can experiment and take chances artistically. To connect with an adventurous spirit is to give a person wings to fly and have new experiences that they might not be able to find anywhere else. New experiences that can help them to learn, grow and develop themselves as artists or to evolve personally or professionally.
Flourish uses uplifting & calming music while engaging in a variety of experiential and creative activities such as breathing, minor stretching and body movement, drawing, coloring, collaging, writing poetry, and other creative expression exercises.

We provide in person on Maui and remote online zoom classes. We are available to come to schools, local Maui businesses, senior living facilities and other venues to provide a class.

We have started doing these classes on Youtube to show what a class would be like. The classes use non-copyright music. The in person and online zoom classes are even more fabulous of an experience due to a plethera of the hottest music out there today! You will sure to have a fun, moving and memorable time!
